  • How long does it take to complete a custom order?
    Custom engravings are engraved same or next business day.
  • What is the return policy
    Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all non-customized jewelry items (Custom items include items that are engraved or items with a custom name/date/letter). We offer 15-day returns for all customized jewelry items. Please note that a rework fee of $30 will be charged when custom items are returned. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered. To qualify for a return: Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging ( box, and pouch included) No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set. For Lab Grown Diamonds, the SCS certification must be included. All below items and fees are non-returnable/refundable: Gift cards Jewelry Care Kit Gift packaging
  • Can I cancel or update my order? Or change my shipping address?
    Changes to order containing an in-stock item As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please reach out to us at hello@loveletterjewelryshop.com and we will do our best to support you. You can also Contact us through the chat widget on the bottom right corner of our website. We are online between Mon-Fri, 9am to 4.45pm EST, excluding public holidays.
  • What is the exchange policy
    Easy, breezy is our policy. You can exchange any eligible items within 30 days of fulfillment of your order, just email us at hello@loveletterjewelryshop.com to assess if your item is eligible for an exchange. Discounts cannot be applied to additional items during exchanges. One exchange per order.
  • Tell me more about your Life Time Guarantee
    All our pieces are handmade and may include slight unique variations in color and size for our natural stones and pearls. Scratches through daily wear are expected as gold is a soft metal. Each slight variation adds character to your piece and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Our 10k and 14k gold warranty does not cover any pieces lost or discarded, improperly used, or damaged resulting from everyday wear and tear. Products purchased through a third party vendor or altered by a third party will void the warranty. Any items purchased in our Sample Sale section are not covered under our warranty. Gift with purchase or promotional products with purchase are not eligible under our lifetime warranty. If you experience any issues with your gold, please submit your warranty claim request by emailing us at hello@loveletterjewelryshop.com . Any damaged items received, with no sign of damaged packaging, must be reported within 5 business days after the delivery date to claim a replacement.
